Document Format

Most content is available in XHTML Strict 1.0 or HTML 4.0 Transitional format. Many documents are also available in other formats, such as:

• Portable Document Format (PDF) — to view these files, please see our Help — PDF Files page.
• Flash — to view these files, you will need Flash Player.
• Shockwave — to view these files, you will need Shockwave Player.

If a document or any content is not accessible to you, or if you would like to obtain an accessible version including print, Braille and audio, please contact us.

Hide/Show Link Descriptions

Some pages on the website offer the option of hiding or showing the link descriptions. By default, pages show link descriptions. To be able to hide link descriptions, your browser must have JavaScripting enabled.

Scripting

Date Format

All pages use the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard for all-numeric date display (YYYY-MM-DD).
