In August 2009, Jeff Moore was named the Vice-President of Infrastructure and Intergovernmental Affairs for FedDev Ontario.
Mr. Moore has had a very accomplished career in the federal government spanning approximately 18 years. He has held various positions, such as the Director of Research and Development at Health Canada, Director of the James Bay Implementation Office at Indian and Northern Affairs Canada and Director General of Aboriginal Relations Office at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada.
Once Mr. Moore joined Industry Canada, he became the Executive Director for various offices starting in Aboriginal Business Canada, followed by moves to Technology Partnerships Canada and the Industrial Technologies Office. He then became the Director General of Sector Programs and Operations.
Mr. Moore attended the University of Ottawa, where he obtained a bachelor of science in biochemistry, a bachelor's degree in physiology and a master's degree in physiology.
The Infrastructure and Intergovernmental Affairs team is responsible for administering and delivering a number of infrastructure programs throughout Ontario, which help to build and strengthen the economic capacity in communities across the province.
