Regional Relief and Recovery Fund

The Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF) has been extended and expanded in southern Ontario. The expanded parameters include increases in contribution amounts and the timeframe for eligible costs, and are available to new applicants and existing recipients.
- If you are a new applicant or an RRRF recipient in need of additional support, apply through our simplified application.
- If you are awaiting a decision on your RRRF application, your application will be considered under the expanded parameters and does not need to be resubmitted.
For more information, review the program guidelines.
The RRRF provides liquidity support to businesses and organizations affected by the economic impacts of COVID-19, that are unable to access other federal relief measures, or require additional support.
The Fund, valued at more than $1.5 billion nationally, is delivered by Canada’s regional development agencies.
In southern Ontario, we are delivering $436.4 million, including $69.4 million in targeted rural support delivered by Community Futures Development Corporations (CFDCs).
