Oakville Curling ClubThe Oakville Curling Club is an eight-sheet curling facility located in historic downtown Oakville, Ontario. The Club opened in 1954 and throughout the years has hosted many curling events and social gatherings. Today, it continues to be a focal point for the community, delivering clinics, camps and leagues for all ages. With modern facilities and a professionally-maintained ice surface, the Oakville Curling Club hosts a number of provincial and national competitions and also supports the community by offering its facilities for fundraising events.

Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund support has allowed the Club to upgrade and modernize the facility. This project was approved for a federal investment of $300,000 with total eligible costs of $920,000. The completed project included the renovation of common areas to increase utilization and accessibility; electrical, plumbing, fire and safety alarm systems upgrades; and a new parking lot.
